Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all of our products are made on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn or washed
